- No Refund will be granted for any un utilized services.
- If the tour cannot commence at all due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the operator (such as riots, war, earthquake, political disturbances, breakdown or dislocation of air / road services, pandemic, etc), a credit note will be issued for the amount received, after deducting 15% of the tour cost as retention charges. The credit note can be utilized before 31st December, 2025.
- Happy Vacation are tour and holiday organizers only. They do not control any airline, shipping company, coach operators or suppliers of any service or facilities. Therefore, shah holidays are not responsible for any lapse or defects in the services of such service providers.
- No liability on the part of the organizers or their staff which may arise in any way in respect of tour shall exceed the total amount paid for the tour by the passenger. It shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
- If the passengers cancel the tour due to personal reason then the cancellation charges mentioned in the itinerary as below shall be applicable.

Itinerary
Upon arrival in Bangkok, get transferred to your hotel. After check-in, spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can visitand Chatuchak Weekend Market and can buy souvenirs.
In the morning get ready to go on a Bangkok city tour. Visit famous attractions such as Gems Gallery, Golden Buddha Temple, and many more. In the evening you will get transferred to the pier for Chao Phraya dinner cruise. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Check-out and get transferred to Bangkok Airport for your flight to Phuket Upon arrival, check-in and spend the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel
Get transferred to the Phuket pier in the morning for your excursion to Phi Phi Island Hop on a speedboat and begin your tour with the stunning Maya Bay Loh Samah Bay. Also, visit the mysterious Viking Caves, and Monkey Island . Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Get transferred for a half-day city tour of Phuket Enjoy shopping at the Souvenir Market. Visit to the Karon View Point to enjoy the views of Kata Noi, Kata Yai, and Karon beaches, followed by a visit to Wat Chalong Temple. Later, get transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Post-checkout from your hotel, get transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Krabi. Check-in, and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can rent a boat from Krabi town or Ao Nang and explore the islands on your own. Later, head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Get transferred to Railay Beach for your Krabi 4 Island tour. Hop on a shared speedboat to Koh Poda Island. Later, you will also visit Chicken Island and Phranang Cave Beach. After the tour, get transferred from Krabi Pier to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After check- out from the hotel in Krabi, get transferred to Krabi International Airport for your flight back home. This marks the end of your trip.
