NO REFUND REQUEST SHALL BE ENTERTAINED WITH A REQUEST TO THE ADVANCED BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATION REASONS. HOWEVER:


  • In the case of cancellation up to 45 days before the tour start date, 20.0% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • If cancelled between 45 and 30 days before the tour start date, a cancellation fee of 30.0% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • If cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the tour start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • If cancelled between 0 and 15 days before the tour start date, 100.0% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy


1. Happy Vacation does not offer refunds for booked tour packages.

2. Cancellations or changes to bookings are not eligible for refunds.

3. In the rare event of an incorrect tour package or significant error on our part, we will work to resolve the issue or offer an alternative arrangement
